A00 aluminium ingot price in China hikes by RMB180/t to RMB 18,040/t; Low carbon aluminium price surges to RMB 18,863/t

On Tuesday, November 1, A00 aluminium ingot price in China ascended by RMB 180 per tonne to settle at RMB 18,040 per tonne, with the average prices standing between RMB 18,020 per tonne and RMB 18,060 per tonne. The spot contract price is likely to be traded at a discount price of RMB 30 per tonne to a premium price of RMB 10 per tonne.

In Foshan and Gongyi, the prices gained RMB 230 per tonne and RMB 220 per tonne to peg at RMB 18,260 per tonne and RMB 18,140 per tonne. The A00 aluminium ingot price in Linyi and Chongqing settled at RMB 18,070 per tonne and RMB 18,250 per tonne after witnessing a hike of RMB 210 per tonne and RMB 200 per tonne. On the same day, in Wuxi and Hangzhou, the prices increased by RMB 190 per tonne to reside at RMB 18,050 per tonne and RMB 18,100 per tonne. In Shenyang and Tianjin, the prices grew by RMB 150 per tonne, scoring at RMB 18,070 per tonne and RMB 18,090 per tonne.

As per the SMM data, the domestic price of low carbon aluminium surged by RMB 230 per tonne to reach RMB 18,863 per tonne. The high purity aluminium (99.99%) price and high purity aluminium (99.996%) price expanded by RMB 200 per tonne to close at RMB 26,400 per tonne and RMB 27,400 per tonne.

The aluminium alloy (A356) price has increased by RMB 200 per tonne to close at RMB 19,300 per tonne, with the average prices standing between RMB 19,200 per tonne and RMB 19,400 per tonne. On the other hand, the price of aluminium alloy (A380) and aluminium alloys (ADC12) remained restrained to settle at RMB 20,000 per tonne and RMB 19,000 per tonne.
