A00 aluminium ingot price in China grows by RMB70/t to RMB19,260/t; Aluminium alloy (A356) price hikes by RMB50/t

On Tuesday, June 28, China’s A00 aluminium ingot price has hiked by RMB 70 per tonne to settle at RMB 19,260 per tonne, with the average price expected to range between RMB 19,240 per tonne and RMB 19,280 per tonne and spot contract to be traded at a discount price of RMB -20 and a premium price of RMB 20 per tonne.

The A00 aluminium ingot price has grown in almost all the provinces in China, except in Linyi, where the price has remained restrained to score at RMB 19,310 per tonne. The price in Chongqing and Shenyang has surged the highest by RMB 110 per tonne to settle at RMB 19,310 per tonne and RMB19,230 per tonne. The price in Tianjin has moved up by RMB 30 per tonne to settle at RMB 19,220 per tonne. On the same day in Gongyi and Foshan, the price has experienced a growth of RMB 10 per tonne and RMB 90 per tonne, to peg at RMB 19,170 per tonne and RMB 19,250 per tonne. In Wuxi and Hangzhou, the price has ascended by RMB 40 per tonne and RMB 60 per tonne, to halt at RMB 19,230 per tonne and RMB 19,290 per tonne.

In China, the domestic price of low carbon aluminium has soared up by RMB 90 per tonne to stop at RMB 19,874 per tonne. Both high purity aluminium (99.99%) and high purity aluminium (99.96%) prices have hiked by RMB 100 per tonne to close at RMB 27,300 per tonne and RMB 28,300 per tonne, respectively.

As of today, aluminium alloy (A356) price has increased by RMB 50 per tonne to record at RMB 20,300 per tonne. The average price for the same is expected to orbit between RMB 20,200 per tonne and RMB 20,400 per tonne. However, aluminium alloy (ADC12) price and (A380) price has remained restrained at RMB 19,500 per tonne and RMB 20,500 per tonne.

Among primary aluminium input costs, aluminium powder price has recorded a growth of RMB 0.1 per kg to close at RMB 21 per kg, with average prices estimated to range between RMB 20.9-21.1 per kg.
