Tianjin Zhongwang Aluminium Co., Ltd. plant certified against Aluminium Stewardship Initiative Chain of Custody Standard

Tianjin Zhongwang Aluminium Co., Ltd. has been certified against the ASI Chain of Custody Standard for its operations in Tianjin, China. The operations include casting, hot and cold rolling, finishing and annealing with outputs of ingot, thick plate, sheet and coil products. The company manufactures products for automotive, aerospace, ship building, rail and packaging sectors.

The ASI Certification program is the only comprehensive voluntary sustainability standard initiative for the aluminium value chain. The program was developed through an extensive multi-stakeholder consultation process. The independent, third-party audits of the Tianjin Zhongwang Co., Ltd. plant was carried out by TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH.
